Dylan J. Spina

Dylan J. Spina through over a decade of learning, researching, and teaching Nutrition and Healthy lifestyle methods, he has understood how to connect Mindfulness and Mindset to create the life he and his clients desire and deserve. Dylan served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps where he lead his unit to meet the job requirements and physical standards of the military. Since leaving the Marine Corps as a Sergeant in 2016, Dylan has achieved a bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Ball State University and continued on to a Master's Program in Nutrition at Oklahoma State University. Dylan's connection to Sports and history lies in the pursuit of his and his client's general health and physical competitive desires, competing and coaching in both Strength and Endurance Sports, where he leans on lessons from historical and mythological figures to pursue success in each endeavor.

“I have been managing chronic disease for decades. I thought I knew all the tricks and was doing well. But in the first week of being in the Hero club one of the coaches insisted we drink bone broth. WOW! It worked to lesson my symptoms more than anything I can remember in a while! Each week I am learning ways to better myself and my life.” -Satisfied Member
